I’m Italian and even if I never really live like a typical Italian family where you seat for lunch and dinner all together and the table is always full of food, I’m still Italian and it’s a part of me.
Obviously Italian food is home for me; I had my first and best Lasagne al Pesto in Israel, my favorite Parmigiana di Melanzane in Shanghai; an amazing Pizza Margherita in Tokyo.
I’ll share my experience with food and my journey also to get more healthy. I still love junk food but the true is what you eat manage your health.
